A step by Step so you can see how I make my line
I wanted to make one of those for some time now, so I can help myself when I try to explain people via MSN x__x! (Ill try to make a coloring one later)

Now we start!

#0: Imagination~ try to think a lil on what you want to do, its better to start with an idea~

#1: A simple and quick line-pose, just get the idea out of your head

#2: now turn it into human form, this is the part where you have to take care of proportions >.>! I like to do this part in blue or green cause they are really messy.

#3: Now I redo the lines of the body, just to have them clean and nice x3! When I have the basic forms of the body I do a quick sketch of the wings.

#4: Now..wings... this is..hard.. xD just go with the flow, smalest feathers up and largest down, and have some patience~ do it slow

#5: with the front wing done I do the back one a little clearer than the other, for the perspective x3 (and cause I dont like thar wing >o>. Now its hair time! quick sketch to decide how I want it

#6: Now play with the hair, but remember: its hair, try to give it some movement~~

With that done, its time for the clothes. I did some sketches till I found one that I like and star giving it some details. To make the clothes you just have to remember the movement that you give to the body, cause the clothes will follow that movement too.

#7: Now clean the sketch of the clothes and add some last details. And if you see something that you dont like try to fix it (like I did with the leg ).
